These scrumptious shawls are a blend of Pashmina wool and silk. They are hand woven in China. “Pashmina” is better known here as cashmere. It is the wool of goats found only in the Himalayas. Each goat sheds only a small amount of wool each year. It is hand carded and woven in Nepal and Kashmir, and more recently in China.
