Fibers for Spinning & Felting

Our wall of fiber has 156 cubbies stuffed full of every shade of dyed Merino Top, multicolored Merino, Correidale, Merino/Silk, Northern Lights, Alpaca & Alpaca blends as well as many forms of silk and silk blends. Our choice of cellulose fibers includes cotton in several colors and grades, corn, bamboo, soy flax and hemp. As far as exotic animal fibers, you may choose from yak, buffalo, camel, cashmere, angora, forest fiber, and mohair. In addition, you will find man-made fibers like nylon, milk latte, rayon, and tensil, as well as a large selection of metallic fibers. We also stock an excellent selection of fleeces including Churro, Shetland, Jacob, Correidale, Wensleydale, Romney and others, from washed locks to batts that are combed and ready to spin.

We also feature “SPINNER’S CANDY,” designer batts, ready to spin into your own unique yarns. These artfully blended batts are carded by Grandma in the shop using our own fiber combinations.
