Painting a Wool Sock Blank

You will learn how to create “hand-dyed” yarn with acid-based dyes.
Sandi will guide you in hand painting your own wool sock blank so that you can knit
a matching pair of socks or a custom gradient shawl in your own choice of colors.
In this class, you will learn to mix colors to create your own blend of colors and use them to paint a sock blank.
You will then learn how to set those dyes using a microwave
so that you can easily do your dyeing at home.

Cost: $90.00 which includes the cost of 1 sock blank, a silk scarf and the dyes you will use.
Additional sock blanks will be available for 10% off the regular price at the time of the class.
